Business continuity

All of the Financial Horizons team and family are well.

We have had flexible and secure cloud-based arrangements in place for many years for the storage of client data and to support ongoing business operations.

Unless mandated to close our office doors, we will maintain minimal staff at our office to receive urgent documentation and work with clients during this trying time when required, whilst practicing social distancing.

All of our product and technology product providers have assured us they have adequate measures in place to cope in a crisis. Your money and insurance are in safe hands.

Supporting you

Leveraging technology

We have launched the use of Zoom video conferencing software to give you the very next-best thing to an in-person meeting at these times. If you would like to try Zoom for yourself, you can do so here. If you would like to test out Zoom on your home PC there is a test page, or you can download the app on either Apple or Android devices which has a test option included.

We have brought forward the launch of this new website to ensure we support you as much as possible. You, or someone you feel may benefit from our help, can now schedule a quick chat with us directly from our homepage, including options for phone and Zoom meetings.
